- Once we received your inquiry about your specific needs, our consultant will reach to you through call, message, email or schedule a home visit depends on the details that you provided.
- Making Selection of Caregiver (1-2 Weeks)
- Our Aseana Caregivers Consult will identify the right caregivers that fit your requirement.
- The shortlisted caregivers will be sent to you within a week and a Whatsapp interview be will arranged at your soonest convenience.
- You can request a recommendation from our consultant upon your selection.
- Submitting the application (2-5 days)
- Our consultant will submit an application for a normal case to MOM once accepted the full payment.
- We will provide insurance from Liberty Insurance for your Caregiver.
- Once the application is approved we will proceed with the arrangement of the arrival of the selected live in caregivers to Singapore.
- Caregiver Arrival
- The live in caregivers will arrange to medical check-up and setting-in the necessary training program. The consultant will check through the care plan with the caregiver to reinforce his/her relevant caring skills.
- Arrange Work Permit card for caregivers with MOM
- Arrange a Handover once check through all the steps and follow up within 1 - 2 weeks to ensure the candidate is right fits your requirement.

For the first-time employer of Migrant Domestic Worker (MDW), the employer is required to go through the EOP course before he/she can apply the MDW's application.
